Internship case study

Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management

This is a great and precious opportunity that has enriched my campus life, helped me achieve my exploration, and most importantly, developed relevant knowledge and skills that are required in the ever-changing HR industry. I feel that it has enhanced my knowledge in the area of human resource management and laid a good foundation for lifelong learning. In the four months of working at the Project and Event Department of Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management, I was given opportunities to communicate and work with people both independently and as part of a team, not only in the office but also in two public events. These have improved very much my interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills, particularly as I coordinated with many senior executives and professionals.
